Who We Are
We’re not consultants — we’re operators who’ve led from the front. Our backgrounds span small businesses, corporate giants, private equity-backed firms, and venture-funded startups. Along the way, we’ve scaled teams, executed successful acquisitions, developed emerging leaders, and designed exit strategies that work.
Meet Our Leader
Jamison Carrier is a founder, author, entrepreneur, and culture architect with deep roots in the RV and marine space. He was born and raised in Richmond, IN, and now splits time between Sycamore Shores (his family’s 50-acre Indiana homestead) and Fort Myers, FL. In 2000, he married his wife, Kathy, a single mom to Tori, Trisha, and Joey. Their six grandkids round out “The Tribe”.
After nearly losing everything as a result of the 2008 financial crisis, Jamison reentered the RV industry with a dealer group that scaled from 50 to 150 locations and transitioned from privately held to a publicly traded giant. He later founded Relentless Dealer Services (RDS) to bring the same operating strategies to independent RV and marine dealers. RDS grew debt-free to a national footprint and was acquired by EasyCare in 2023. Along the way, Jamison has played key roles in dozens of acquisitions, built high-performing teams, and developed leaders serving across the country.
Today, he serves as a partner at TeamNavX, helping organizations grow their teams and scale their businesses. He’s also the author of Syndromedy: The Totally Unofficial Field Guide to Weird Human Behavior, a #1 Amazon bestseller. Jamison speaks often on practical leadership, performance-based hiring, and the power of values that actually shape daily behavior.
In their free time, he and Kathy lead Cowboy Church gatherings, and invest time with The Tribe at Sycamore Shores. He also loves running, cycling, and working cattle with their Texas Heeler, Bella, by his side. Ask him about the Wagyu hotdog goal, a Viking at RVDA, or pulling a steer out of the woods with an Amish mule team.
